Membership

Welcome to the Learning Disabilities Association of British Columbia, South Vancouver Island Chapter! And thank you for considering a membership with our organization! Your membership will put you in regular contact with a number of excellent resources, a network of people willing to help, and a nation-wide organization. We could not do the work we do without our members – your membership is also considered a charitable tax donation and receipts are provided.

As a member you will receive The Phoenix newsletter three times per year. Membership also entitles you to access our library with over 1,000 resources. You will also receive first-hand information about all our courses, and special events as they occur throughout the year. The National Magazine will be sent to you with your newsletter mailing.

Memberships in the Learning Disabilities Association expire on March 31 of each year, so your membership will expire on March 31, 2007. You will receive a membership renewal notice well in advance to ensure you do not miss any important information.

Please drop by the resource centre if you have not already had the opportunity to do so. We offer a wealth of information in our library that is free to borrow.
